Song in my mind ~ Uriah Heep - Stealin'

No real reason why this song, other then for about a year I was looking for a Karaoke version of it for the show... and today I purchased a set to complete a set that I had a good number of disks... however.. the price I couldn't beat... I might get hooked on Ebay just yet... haha

Well nothing much to note.  No interesting new friends...  Thanksgiving was rather calm, Christmas is coming up, which eh, what can you do.  Guess the fam and I are spending some of it in Florida....  we will see if I will change my mind about hating Florida... which currently I do.

The kids (cats) are doing well.  One inappropriate bathroom spot in "their" upstairs room.  However I think Dumb Cat (tm) is doing a good job of preventing more.  And well I kinda blame myself.  The litter boxes weren't up to the cat's standards that particular day... haha..

I got most of the fall chores around the house down.  Leaves raked and gone (burned) haha..  I had way too many to cart off... haha...  the drain is complete to the length I want it.  And well the 2nd sub pump has fired in the last week or so do to alot of rain...  Any well it has been year and 2 days since I had the swimming pool in the basement.

I have to figure out how to fix/replace the ventless fireplace in the living room.  I have thrown about $200 dollars at it, which made it worse.  I need to figure what I'm going to do.  I'm not liking not having a backup heat source, just in case we lose electric for any length of time.

I hope I'm not jinxing myself...but yep its a on-call weekend, and well its been really enjoyable for the most part.  Please God, don't hurt me for saying that.. haha...  Work is going to be busy on both fronts for a while.  I have alot of stuff to process to give out awards for the driver's for Christmas, and we are getting certified in a program to help promote safety, so I will be working really hard to make sure everything is in order before that. 

However I seem to be in line for my yearly ski group to Killington after the first of the year.  Looking forward to that.  Other then my body making me feel old that I can't ski as hard as I used to... the group makes me feel a bit younger.  Very very nice group.  I do have a few of those...  Another blessing of my job.  Well at least there are some people that can stand me... when I'm on my best behavior. haha...  Well off to bed or something else.
