Times they are getting scary.... First off my heart goes out to all the victims of the senseless shooting out in Arizona. And the whole one or the other is to blame has to stop. Both sides have said things that can be taken wrong. We as responsible Americans have to watch what we say. Bottom line. We can't let the nut jobs win by giving them more fuel for there poorly thought out ideas. That goes to the politicians and media that just have been tearing us apart, and the religious bigots that preach hate and not acceptance and love. Thats all I have to say on this.


Well... I should have updated a while back... Oh well..


My trip to NYC in November was great. Saw American Idiot one day and the Adams Family the other. The group was great as always.


December 1st my basement became a swimming pool. Lost the furnace and hot water heater. But it was covered by the insurance. So I got a 17 year old newer and 15% more efficient heater and new water heater for the sum of $500. Plus I think I'm eligible for a tax credit for getting a new heater... so I might even be on the plus side for around $500... can beat that.


My neighbors are the best BTW.. Esp Deb... we two single folks are looking out for each other.


Christmas was ok. There was some family issues for my mom that totally has me upset, and this will be handled. Some of her brothers are a real piece of work. My sister kept the BF at home so that was nice. Sorry I feel that way, but it wasn't as painful being single this year because of that.


New Years I woke up just in time to watch the ball drop. Kissed the cats and went to bed. Yeah kinda sad I know.


However next day I took yet another of my favorite groups up to Killington for four days of skiing. Great room, great group. Meet alot of very nice young college folk that gave me hope for the future. The one hetro couple was just the greatest. One of the most healthy young people relationship I have ever seen. It was amazing.

Other then that... guess thats it.
