Song in my mind ~ Electricity - Billy Elliot the Musical

Well its been two weeks and I'm on call again, which is good cause I didn't have any hours to drive anyways....

Last week I was in NYC for work, and it was very eventful.

I saw with my group Guys and Dolls, and it was really good. There was two "bodies" in the opening that was shirtless... OMG.... and well... I was interested in this one character Liver Lips Louie, which was my character when I did Guys and Dolls in Olean a million years ago....

Well the show was really good. Some new ideas I like, some ideas I liked better when we did it in Olean... however I started to read the playbill and I almost died when I saw the person's name that was playing "Liver Lips". His name is Nick Adams... and I have long thought I have been losing my mind, can't remember anything... well this name I was able to remember from about 8 to 9 years ago.... My friend Sara and I went to Erie PA to the Erie Playhouse to see Jesus Christ Superstar, and there was this one chorus member that was "very noticeable"... he was a great dancer, and well.... I will remember his biker shorts forever... whew....

Well fast forward to 2009... Same person.. He's actually been taking Broadway by storm. So at least I know when I said your amazing and you got it, well I was right.. haha... He's been voted best biceps on Broadway to the point were him and Mario Lopez have been rumored to have little issues over... and well.. he still has the energy and cute... and gay.. haha I think I called that too....

Next day I was busy. I scheduled a Therapeutic massage at a newer place then my normal place just because of a coupon. Which made me nervous cause we all know how a coupon did me wrong on my Birthday two years back. haha... Well at first I thought I was gonna get ripped off cause the guy that was doing it, I noticed he stepped over and only had one hand on me... and when I immediately looked up I saw he was "feeling" my shirt. He wasn't going through pockets so I didn't get too upset... well he asked me all kinds of questions and then outed himself to me. Well... it was good till I had to "flip" then it got a little interesting... however I didn't let it go too far at all. However at the end he wanted to give me his number and told me he had Tuesdays off so maybe we will meet for dinner and a show sometime.... however I know... I'm wondering if he only did it for a good tip.... who knows... We have been txting all week so it could be innocent enough.... whew... great kisser though.. and HOT!!!!!

Next was birthday lunch with my cute (straight) Anthony A.... he's doing really well... working for the museum.... well that went well.... and it was one of those lunches that the other dominated the conversation, so it was different for me... but good.. I need to listen more.

Billy Elliot was simply AMAZING!!!! It was just as good as I thought it was... even better. I'm not sure how all the blue hairs are dealing with a 11yo boy kissing another 11yo boy... that cross dresses.... But the music was fun and very good... I predict that it will be BEST MUSIC at the Tony's this year. I'm thinking that the little kid that played Michael the crossing dressing supporting actor.... I think they need to give him the Tony for best supporting actor.... he was just amazing... his energry was higher then the lead Billy... however.. for the character it worked.... wow....

But of course all this theatre makes me miss me not performing... but oh well....

Someday that will come, yeah along with my prince... haha... yep not holding breath.
