Song in my mind ~ The love song of Lestat.... sorry don't have my program... or the cast cd yet..

Its official... I must live in NYC every weekend.... This marks the 4 weekend in the row I have been to the Big Apple.... First last week...

OMG... Lestat... a Musical about Gay vampires.... I was leary.. and I must say there are a few parts of it that almost grinds to a halt on a slow start... but the last half of the first act and the second act is great. I find myself pondering how I could relate to the lead... him being a vampire and all.. hehe.. But it was interesting to see the things he did in order to not be alone... Always tiring to to the right thing but fail miserably... but in the end realizing that you must live for yourself to be happy. So I got what I needed out of it without the whole vampire thing. I got to see it with the straightest bunch of theatre folk I ever did meet... but then again.... they knew what the musical was going to be about... hehe

This weekend at the big apple was even better... I walked about 20 miles.. and I needed it. Was able to take a water tour of both the west and east side... and the weather was awesome. I was able to spend Friday night and Saturday all day to do whatever I wanted it was great... I felt really relaxed... and the 45 foot beast was in jersey so I didn't have to worry about tickets either...

And now there's Isaiah. I don't even know what he looks like... but its amazing. He acts alot like me... so my usual things don't scare him... He told me he was thinking of me all weekend.. and I was doing the same. I have a plan to how to introduce him to the Big Apple, if I get a weekend off that is.. hehe... and I just seem to be in a very good mood... Its funny... Some girl I met at one of Rose's band gigs THREE years ago, just calls out of the blue. And Isaiah is suppose to be shy, but he actually called me, without Miki knowing... Its been fun for the last 4 days... It was his birthday on the 29th, and I got him a little bit of New York, and I'm hoping to give it to him on Wednesday. We have a date planned...

I know.. I know... you've read this before on here.. but who knows... even me it has to work out sometime! Who knows.. but I'm happy and thats all that counts...
